Gymnasts perform on a floor with an apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon or rope. This class combines elements of gymnastics, dance and calisthenics; and will build on strength, flexibility, agility, dexterity and coordination.

Acro Jazz Kids: 4-5 yrs

This fun class combines upbeat, stylized movement with proper technique. While Acrobatics teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline & concentration. Jazz dance is based on ballet principles with each class consisting of a warm-up using isolated movements, across the floor progressions, and current choreography all set to age appropriate music. This combo class is great for self confidence flexibility, strength, muscle control, balance, discipline and endurance.

Acro Jazz Adults: 16+ yrs

1 hour / $85 per month / 1x week

This adult dance class makes it enjoyable to tone up and trim down while learning several dance techniques. Classes are offered for beginners to advanced. Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical, classical ballet and even hip-hop. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and body through their movement. This class is great as an expressive and emotional outlet, and building self confidence, body and spatial awareness, strength, endurance.
